We are located just east of downtown Lake Forest. The parking lot is at the back (south) of the main museum building; from Deerpath, turn right on Washington Road and take the first driveway on the right.
The museum is also easily accessible by Metra; take the Union Pacific North train line to the Lake Forest station. We're just a few blocks east of the station.
Important note: The History Center's campus is currently undergoing construction, and entrances & parking areas have been changed. For safety reasons, we kindly ask visitors use the north entrance off Deerpath Road to enter the building. To view permitted parking locations, click HERE.
